AGENCY SERVICE
As part of this important event for Japanese Sword Collectors & Lovers, Jigoku Studios will be providing an
agency service for persons wishing to have their items papered by the NTHK but who are unable to attend
on this weekend.
For agency fee of $85.00 for Nihonto & Koshirae or $50.00 for Kodogu (Fittings) you will receive
the following;
The $85 (Nihonto & Koshirae) and $50 (Kodogu) fee is for the first item only, subsequent items will be
charged at the rate of $50 (Nihonto & Koshirae) and $30 (Kodogu). This fee is non refundable, so please
book early to ensure you have a reserved spot.
Total fees payable
Fees include Agency Fee, Submission Fee ($100 Nihonto & Koshirae, $50 Kodogu) & Origami Fee ($100)
1st ITEM SUBSEQUENT ITEMS
Nihonto $285.00 $250.00
Kodogu $200.00 $180.00
Koshirae $285.00 $250.00
50% of fees will be due no later than 20 December 2008, with the balance due 1 March 2008.
Should your item/s be unsuccessful in receiving origami, this portion of your fees will be refunded within 7
days of the event's conclusion.
ALL ITEMS FOR PAPERING MUST BE RECEIVED BY US NO LATER THAN 1 MARCH 2008. PLEASE
ALLOW SUFFICIENT POSTAGE FOR THIS TO OCCUR.
Should you wish to take up this service, bookings should be made as soon as possible to avoid
disappointment. Once the reserved slots for Shinsa are filled, there is no guarantee that your
blade/items will be seen. The best way to see how fast the reservations for Shinsa are filling is to keep
an eye on the Token Kai website (address above).
WE ARE ONLY OFFERING 15 PLACES (15 ITEMS ONLY) FOR THIS SERVICE due to security,
workload, time and personnel constraints, there will be no exceptions, so please contact us to
book your place to avoid disappointment.
